Primo Piatto IS as good as they say! I was simply amazing by how this is the best quick service food I’ve had in the Disney Parks/resorts. The food selection was so good that was had an extremely hard time picking what to eat, and the service was amazing. Their staff was diverse and the two women helping us with our order was were extremely helpful and friendly, making great conversation. The atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to be enjoying the great food. I can’t wait to come back here!
This place surprised me in all the right ways. The place was clean, and the decor fits despite having a lack of colors. The service was good, and politely took care of more than we expected. The food here is unlike anywhere else. The lemon blueberry pancakes were excellent, and had strong flavors. The sausage in my platter has a great taste, as well as everything else. Overall, one of the best breakfasts for a low cost!
We came just after breakfast, but the staff was so kind to let us still get our Mickey waffles on our last day! So good!
Delicious and not terribly expensive if you're not on the dining plan. You can't refill the standard resort mugs here though.
We came here for breakfast since it was in the hotel and it was a very comfortable atmosphere. I ordered two croque madames to-go because I was going to bring one back to the hotel room for my partner who was sleeping in. I ordered them with sausage links on the side. Felipe took my order and was very nice! My family ordered the food dine-in and the presentation of the food for people who were dining is was beautiful! There was someone else that was going around cleaning tables who was also very pleasant. The food itself was really good. It was actually very rich and dense so I was able to get two breakfasts out of this one sandwich. For a price of 12.99 for the whole meal, it was not a bad investment! The fried egg was interesting- I do not normally have a yolk that is not cooked through the whole way, so the texture was a little strange to me. The swiss cheese was good and the french ham was delicious. The bread itself was a good consistency. Overall, we really enjoyed this location for breakfast.

I have food allergies, and they have been incredibly accommodating every time, taking the time to carefully review ingredients, offer safe alternatives, and ensure that my meal is both delicious and worry-free. In my opinion, one of the best quick service restaurants anywhere on Disney World Property. I will definitely return just for the chicken sandwich alone. It can become a bit crowded but, the ambiance is really nice. The ease and accuracy of using mobile ordering was great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great quality and unique quick service opinions
Ordered Primo Piatto Breakfast for 11.99. Very affordable and Delicious breakfast with a fair portion. Includes Scrambled Eggs served over Mascarpone Polenta with a Sweet Brioche Roll served with Bacon and Italian Sausage! Clean place, friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere. Also spotted Pluto after my breakfast at the hotel.
